Feelin' Good!



I'm now 2 weeks into my quest to dunk at age 38, and I'm feeling pretty good!

I weighed 221.4 lbs on the scale this morning, which is a weight loss of 4.8 lbs from the 226.2 I weighed on the morning of January 1st, 2015.

No treadmill or vertical jump training today - just some stretching, sit-ups, and some red wine to celebrate a good start.

I have told several co-workers about my New Year's Resolution to dunk, including some executives... so the pressure is on to make this happen.

15 more pounds and (hopefully) about 5 inches on my vertical jump to go!
