HEIGHT:  6'3"
STANDING REACH: 8'1" (97")

HAND SIZE: 8.5" (can palm the basketball pretty well)

TRACKING MY PROGRESS:

WEIGHT (Goal: Maintain around 210-215 lbs)
Starting Weight (January 2016): 236.0 lbs
Current Weight (December 2016): 225.0 lbs (was at 215lbs, but gained some of it back)

STANDING VERTICAL JUMP (Goal: +6")
Starting No-Step Vertical Jump:  23" (January 2015)
Current No-Step Vertical Jump:  26"  (+3", +3" to go)

RUNNING VERTICAL JUMP (Goal: +6")
Starting Max Vertical Jump: 27" (January 2015)
Current Max Vertical Jump: 31"  (+4", +2" to go)



NOTE:  I recently updated my standing reach to 8'1" (originally 8'2"), and hand size to 8.5". I used the measuring approaches in this video:
